Major League Baseball’s Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Yoshinobu Yamamoto pitched well in Game 2 of the World Series.
Yamamoto started Game 2 of the 2024 World Series against the New York Yankees at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles on Sunday (June 27). He threw his fastball up to 98 mph (157.7 km/h) and allowed one run on one hit, one walk, two homers, four strikeouts and one hit batter in 6 1/3 innings.
