The second stage of the AllPak Tour has come to a successful conclusion.
The second week of the Korea 2024 3×3 AllPak Tour concluded on Sunday afternoon at the Bae Jae Go Gymnasium in Seoul.
The AllPak Tour is the first step towards the selection of athletes for the 2026 Aichi and Nagoya Asian Games with a 3×3 national selection system. As such, each team must field a roster that includes at least one player who is U-23 eligible (born on or after January 1, 2003) for the 2026 Asian Games, and at least one U-23 player must play in each match. There is a minimum of three players and a maximum 파워볼게임 of eight players per team.
Each week, the participating teams will be divided into two groups prior to the start of the competition. Weeks 1 through 4 will be the group stage, followed by the loser’s bracket in week 5, and finally the finals in week 6. The winner of each group will advance directly to the finals.
In Week 2, Basketball Institute, Elegant Sports, Dongguk University, Black Label Sports, JCrew, and Cosmo participated, with Dongguk University, Black Label Sports, and Elegant Sports in Group A, and Basketball Institute, JCrew, and Cosmo in Group B.
Black Label Sports continued its strong showing from Week 1. Black Label Sports, featuring Seok Jong-tae, Baek Min-kyu, Kim Hyun-joon, and Park Rae-hoon, won the first game 18-15 over Dongguk University, and then defeated Elegant Sports 21-10 to take first place in Group A. The team has already qualified for the finals.
Black Label Sports, who have already qualified for the Grand Finals, have emerged as strong favorites after winning four straight All-Pak Tour matches, including last week.
Cosmo was the top dog in Group B. Featuring brothers Jung Sung-jo and Jung Hwan-jo and SK’s Kim Soo-hwan and Lee Dong-yoon, Cosmo easily punched their ticket to the finals with 21-point victories in both matches. Elegant Sports, Basketball Research Institute, and JCrew, who also participated this week, will have to wait for another chance to advance to the finals. Dongguk University, meanwhile, secured their spot in the finals by topping their group last week.
The first and second weeks of the All Pak Tour at Bae Jae Go Gymnasium have come to a close. The third and fourth weeks of the All Pak Tour will be even hotter and more fun. Especially in the third and fourth weeks, the heat will be even more intense as Korea University and Yonsei University, two of the strongest teams in college basketball, will participate.
From Week 3, the event will move to the 3×3 court at the Olympic Park, the mecca of 3×3 in Korea. The event has been well-received since its inception. It will provide even more spectacular and enriching attractions to add to the 3×3 fever in Korea.
